Services - Buying property

get-sorted research the market based on a clients' criteria or wish list. We organise and attend all viewings and negotiate with estate agent on the clients behalf. The estate agent never has contact with the prospective buyer and all communication comes through Liz O’Kane unless otherwise specified.

1st timers get-sorted

get-sorted launched its first time buyers package in November 2005. It is priced to accommodate young people wanting to purchase their first home quickly. The following fees apply:

• €999 is the research / retainer fee to start your hunt. Only when a deposit is placed with an estate agent on a property that we have found for you is a balance of €999 payable.
• €1,998 euros is the total fee for your first step onto the property ladder.

2nd Timers

For those already on the property ladder and now want to move on, trade down or source an investment property. The following fees apply:

• €1,900 is the research / retainer fee to start your hunt. Only when a deposit has been placed with an estate agent on a property that we have found for you is the balance of €1,900 due.


• €3,800 is the total fee for your next property or investment move.

Commercial / Office space:

To hunt for a commercial premises or new office space for your business. The following fees applies:

• €2,500 is the research / retainer fee to start your hunt. Only when a deposit has been placed with an estate agent on a property we have found for you is a balance of €2,500 payable.
• €5,000 is the total fee for your next business premises.

Overseas Property

get-sorted also source property for clients requiring an overseas service. We research and source agents in the chosen countries and locations, find the properties we believe you will be most interested in buying and organise all viewings for you before you travel. The following fees apply:

• €1,500 is the research/retainer fee to start your overseas hunt. Only when a deposit has been placed with an estate agent on a property we have found for you is a balance of €1,500 payable.
• €3,000 is the total fee for your dream home overseas.

Negotiation:

Some clients having found their own property simply want us to negotiate or bid on their behalf as they want to remain discreet and not deal with the estate agent. The following fees apply:

• €250 starts the property purchase negotiation. €750 is the balance payable following a successful negotiation.
• €1,000 is the total fee for a successful negotiation.

Unpacking Service:

get-sorted offers a full unpacking service into your new home. We turn your house into a home in just one day – you will return to your new house with all boxes unpacked, all beds made, clothes hanging and pictures hung. This a decadent service but truely worth the bliss!

The property must be inspected before pricing this fabulous stress free service.
